I wonder if and when you spotted something needed to be corrected, maybe you could inform the original editor, point out to him or her why it is incorrect, and let the original editor correct the mistake. This way, they can take responsibility for their own action and learn from their mistake. To 'troll' work done by others to re-edit over and over again is not a good practice, and resulting from the original editor feeling being pursued and harassed. In the long run, potential good users will be put off from working in Wikimapia and Wikimapia will come out as the loser.
